The Sewer Overflow and Stormwater Reuse Municipal Grants Program provides funding to states, which then award subgrants to municipalities for projects that address combined sewer overflows (CSOs), sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs), and stormwater management. Twenty percent of funds are reserved for green infrastructure, water efficiency, and reuse projects.Pennsylvania DEP administers the state-level distribution.
