National network providing technical, managerial, and financial assistance to small and rural drinking water and wastewater systems.

The Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP) is a national network of organizations providing technical, managerial, and financial (TMF) assistance to small and rural drinking water and wastewater systems. RCAP staff help systems with rate setting, asset management, board training, regulatory compliance, and infrastructure planning.For Pennsylvania's many small rural water authorities and community water systems, RCAP provides free or low-cost services that would otherwise require expensive engineering consultants.Watershed groups working on source water protection or drinking water issues should connect rural water systems in their area with RCAP for additional support.
