Open Space Institute — Delaware River Watershed Protection Fund

The Open Space Institute's Delaware River Watershed Protection Fund provides capital grants and bridge loans for land protection projects that safeguard drinking water sources, protect headwaters, and preserve riparian corridors. Supported activities include fee-simple acquisition, conservation easements, and pre-acquisition due diligence. Priority goes to projects in high-priority source-water areas identified through hydrologic analysis. The Fund operates through an annual solicitation process.
