DEP administers Pennsylvania's share of Clean Water Act Section 319 funds for nonpoint source pollution reduction, covering abandoned mine drainage remediation, agricultural best management practices, urban runoff, on-lot sewage, and earthmoving. The program page publishes annual Program Guidance, workplan templates, a Task and Deliverable Budget Worksheet, and sample workplans for Agriculture, AMD, and Tier III Monitoring projects. Funded work has included streambank restoration, riparian buffers, and green stormwater infrastructure. Applications go through the state Electronic Single Application system.
