Full Description
Pennsylvania's Coastal Resources Management Program receives an annual NOAA award and re-grants funds for projects addressing CRM priority areas. DEP evaluates applications competitively, with sub-grants going to state and local agencies and nonprofits with facilities in the two coastal zones. Program staff, two local Coastal Zone Advisory Committees, and the State Coastal Zone Advisory Committee review projects against criteria in the Grant Application Instruction Guide. Eligible work includes studies, planning, design, and construction. The current round closes October 19, 2026.
