CBF's PA Buffer Program provides full-cost coverage for riparian forest buffer installation on Pennsylvania agricultural land within the Chesapeake Bay watershed. The program covers site prep, plants, tree tubes, planting labor, and three years of maintenance.Eligible counties include all PA counties draining to the Chesapeake (Susquehanna and Potomac basins). CBF works directly with landowners and partners with County Conservation Districts to identify high-priority sites.Strong fit for member groups in the eastern half of PA looking to advance the state's 86,000-acre buffer goal.
