Annual planning and implementation grants to protect and restore Pennsylvania coldwater streams.
Full Description
A partnership of the PA Council of Trout Unlimited, the PA Fish and Boat Commission, DCNR, and the Foundation for Pennsylvania Watersheds. Planning grants run up to $10,000 and implementation grants up to $25,000, with the match requirement recently reduced to 25 percent of the requested amount. Round 31 closed in April 2026 with awards announced June 1, so Round 32 should open around February 2027.
