EPA Region 3 — Watershed Technical Assistance

The Region's water program staff provide technical assistance to watershed organizations, conservation districts, and municipalities on issues like Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs), Section 319 nonpoint source planning, watershed-based plans, and source water protection.Most assistance is free of charge but limited by staff capacity.
