Rivers Conservation Grants fund projects improving protection of and access to Pennsylvania's waterways. Eligible projects include stream and wetland restoration, small dam removal, boat launch, boardwalk and fishing access installation, and river and watershed conservation plans and master site development plans. A dollar-for-dollar match is typically required. The application window opens the second Monday of January and closes the last business day of April, with submissions through the DCNR online grants portal.
