Full Description
Three tiers are available: Mini and Seed grants up to $5,000, General Level I from $5,001 to $30,000, and General Level II from $30,001 to $65,000. Level II requires participation from 60 or more PA counties and at least 30 percent of participants from Environmental Justice Areas. Grants are reimbursement based with a 20 percent match for General awards, and the program consistently opens in mid-August with a mid-November deadline.
