PA Small Water and Sewer Program

Grants for small water supply, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and flood control projects costing between $30,000 and $500,000.

Authorized under Act 25 of 2016, the Commonwealth Financing Authority awards grants for construction, improvement, expansion, rehabilitation, or repair of water supply systems, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and flood control works. The $30,000 to $500,000 total project cost band makes this one of the very few state programs actually sized for small rural systems rather than regional utilities.
