RCAP's national State Revolving Fund workshop brings EPA, state SRF programs, and technical assistance providers together for four days of sessions on financing water and wastewater infrastructure for small systems.

RCAP is hosting its National State Revolving Fund (SRF) Infrastructure Financing and Training Workshop August 17-20, 2026 in Denver, Colorado. Registration is $700 regular, $595 for speakers.
