River Rally is the largest annual conference for watershed and river groups in the United States, drawing 500+ participants each year for four days of training, workshops, and field trips. The conference covers every aspect of watershed work — monitoring, restoration, advocacy, fundraising, communications, equity, and leadership. Field sessions take attendees to local restoration sites. Registration includes a scholarship program for first-time attendees and staff from small organizations. River Network member groups receive registration discounts. Past Rally locations have included Pittsburgh, Fort Worth, and Grand Rapids. The annual River Heroes Awards recognize exceptional watershed leaders during the closing plenary.
