Stroud Water Research Center is one of the country's leading freshwater research institutions. Beyond their research, they offer education programs including the Leaf Pack Network (a hands-on macroinvertebrate study program), Model My Watershed (a free GIS-based watershed analysis tool), and WikiWatershed teacher training.Pennsylvania watershed groups can use Stroud's free curriculum, software, and citizen science protocols to support local education and monitoring programs.
