The Western Pennsylvania Conservancy (WPC) is one of the largest land trusts in the eastern U.S. and operates a robust Watershed Conservation Program that supports planning, monitoring, and restoration across western and central Pennsylvania. WPC's expertise includes aquatic surveys, freshwater mussel propagation, habitat restoration, and source water protection.Member groups can engage WPC for technical assistance, partnership on restoration projects, or as a fiscal sponsor and grant management partner. WPC operates field offices in Pittsburgh, Indiana, and Blairsville.Especially valuable for watershed groups in the Allegheny, Monongahela, Ohio, and Juniata basins.
