The Commission operates monitoring stations, sets pollution control standards, conducts biological assessments, and coordinates spill response across the basin.For PA watershed groups in the Ohio drainage (Allegheny, Monongahela, Beaver, Ohio mainstem), ORSANCO provides free access to water quality data, biological survey results, and technical reports.
