Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO)

Statewide trade association providing training, advocacy, and member resources for Pennsylvania nonprofit organizations.

PANO represents and serves Pennsylvania's 70,000+ nonprofit organizations through education, advocacy, and shared services. Watershed groups join PANO for access to the Standards for Excellence certification, discounted insurance, HR consulting, and members-only training webinars. PANO also advocates at the state capitol on issues affecting all nonprofits. Annual membership dues are scaled to organizational budget — small watershed groups pay a few hundred dollars per year. Members receive a weekly e-newsletter with funding opportunities, policy updates, and training announcements. PANO's Standards for Excellence program provides a structured path to strengthening governance and accountability.
