This session is part of PENNVEST's 2026 Information Exchange Series, its yearly outreach on financing clean water projects. The November virtual session walks through how to access your funding to start paying project-related invoices during the construction phase. It will be recorded and may be posted on the PENNVEST website for on-demand playback.
