The Bureau of Reclamation will host an informational webinar on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 1:00 pm MT (3:00 pm ET) to walk through the Cooperative Watershed Management Program Notice of Funding Opportunity (R26AS00349). The session covers who can apply, what project types qualify, program requirements, and how applications are evaluated. CWMP Phase I funds watershed group development, watershed restoration planning, and project design with no non-federal cost share required, making it one of the most accessible federal watershed programs for small groups. Round 1 applications close October 7, 2026. A recording and slides will be posted after the event for anyone who cannot attend live.
