The Choose Clean Water Coalition unites more than 280 organizations across the Chesapeake Bay watershed, including PA, MD, VA, DC, DE, NY, and WV. The Coalition advocates for federal and state policies that protect the Bay and its tributaries, with particular focus on Clean Water Act enforcement, Bay TMDL implementation, and federal funding for watershed restoration.Pennsylvania watershed groups in the Susquehanna and Potomac drainages can join the Coalition for free, access policy alerts, attend the annual conference, and amplify advocacy through coordinated regional voices.Strong fit for groups that want to engage federal policy without building independent DC capacity.
