The Pennsylvania Rural Water Association provides on-site technical assistance, training, and education to small and rural water and wastewater systems across the Commonwealth. PRWA circuit riders visit systems to help with compliance, operations, maintenance, financial management, and capacity development. Services are available at no cost to eligible systems.
