The Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC) is the interstate compact agency responsible for managing water resources across the Susquehanna basin (PA, NY, MD). SRBC operates an extensive water quality and quantity monitoring network, regulates large water withdrawals, and conducts basin-wide planning.Watershed groups in the Susquehanna basin can access SRBC's free water quality data, request technical reviews, attend public meetings, and partner on basin-wide initiatives like the Remote Water Quality Monitoring Network.SRBC is also the go-to authority on water withdrawal regulations, drought conditions, and large infrastructure permitting in the basin.
