The Corps Water Infrastructure Financing Program (CWIFP) is a USACE direct loan program providing long-term, low-interest financing to support construction, replacement, and rehabilitation of non-Federal dam safety, water resources, and flood risk management infrastructure. Eligible borrowers can finance up to 49 percent of project costs at Treasury rates. Applications proceed in cohorts; check the program page for the current Notice of Funding Availability.
