The EPA Community Change Grants program provides substantial funding for community-driven environmental justice projects in disadvantaged communities. Water-related eligible activities include lead service line replacement, stormwater green infrastructure, source water protection, and community-based monitoring. Grants can range from $10 million to $20 million per project. Applications must be led by a community-based nonprofit partnered with another nonprofit, tribal government, or local government entity.
