Army Corps of Engineers Section 219 Environmental Infrastructure Program

Cost-shared federal assistance for water-related environmental infrastructure in specified communities.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Section 219 program authorizes the Corps to provide design and construction assistance for water-related environmental infrastructure and resource protection in specified communities. Projects include wastewater treatment, water supply, and environmental restoration. Pennsylvania communities may be eligible for cost-shared assistance on projects that address critical water infrastructure needs.
