PA Clean Water Academy

A free online training library from PA DEP offering courses for conservation district staff, sewage enforcement officers, and the general public on clean water topics.

The Pennsylvania Clean Water Academy is a digital learning platform (built on the Totara LMS) maintained by DEP's Bureau of Clean Water. It hosts a course catalog and structured training programs covering topics such as stormwater management, septic and sewage enforcement, dairy farm and agricultural water quality practices, and other clean water compliance topics. While much of the content targets DEP staff, Conservation District staff, and Sewage Enforcement Officers, some courses are open to the public and to municipal and watershed group staff seeking foundational water quality training.
