PA Local Share Account – Statewide (2026 Round)

Gaming-revenue grants for public-interest community projects, routinely used for municipal water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure.

The 2026 statewide round opened September 10, 2026 with a November 30, 2026 deadline. Requests must fall between $25,000 and $1,000,000, and eligible applicants include counties, municipalities, municipal authorities, redevelopment authorities, land banks, and councils of government. Nonprofits can participate by partnering with an eligible applicant. The program is not water-exclusive but is one of the most heavily used flexible funding sources for small-system water and sewer work in Pennsylvania.
