The Integrated Report is the state's combined federal 303(d) and 305(b) report on stream and lake health. The 2026 edition keeps DEP's interactive digital format, and the Report Viewer lets users look up any stream's status, causes of impairment and TMDLs and export the data. DEP labels the report a 2026 draft, so figures may still change. Essential for grant narratives, watershed plans and Section 319 work.
