Program Summary
2026 competitive grant round funding organizations that place expert staff to deliver technical assistance to private landowners, accelerating adoption of Farm Bill conservation practices that benefit soil, water, and wildlife.
Full Description
The Conservation Partners Program awards competitive grants that accelerate the adoption of regenerative agriculture principles and conservation practices on private lands. Grant recipients provide technical assistance to landowners and operators to help them develop management plans, design and implement best practices, participate in federal Farm Bill conservation programs, and share lessons learned. Grants are geographically targeted to place expert staff where they can fulfill unmet technical assistance needs and maximize the soil, water, and wildlife benefits of Farm Bill conservation programs. The 2026 RFP was posted May 26, 2026. An applicant webinar is scheduled for June 10, 2026 and full proposals are due July 22, 2026.
