EPA Financing Alternatives Comparison Tool (FACT)

A financial analysis tool that compares the cost of different financing options for a water infrastructure project.

FACT lets a community model and compare alternative financing structures for a drinking water, wastewater, or stormwater project, producing a side-by-side cost comparison across options.
